Every enquiry goes through a clinical suitability review before we quote — so families know we're the right fit, not just available.

    Enquiry received

    Share who the stay is for, dates, funding, and anything that helps us plan. You'll get a confirmation and a copy of your enquiry summary.

  2. 02

    Clinical suitability review

    Our clinical team reviews the participant's supports, medications, mobility and safety needs to confirm ASH Care is the right fit — before anything is quoted.

  3. 03

    Accommodation & support matching

    Once suitability is confirmed, we match the participant to accommodation and support workers based on preferences, ratios and any specialist care.

  4. 04

    Quote issued

    We send a plain-language quote with line items, funding notes and any cost-recovery inclusions, so you can review before committing.

  5. 05

    Booking confirmed

    Once you approve, we lock in accommodation, support, transport and logistics — and confirm every detail with families and coordinators before check-in.
